random thought #105
would like to have an apartment in the city (or any city) to throw wine and cheese parties where my guests have to dress up like a 1950's film star.

i don't know any 1950's film stars. can i come anyway?
indeed, one of our clients here has offered to teach us how to build one of these stoves by hand. the raw materials are dirt cheap (literally, it's earthen) Interesting enough, the stove in the picture is only one of the technologies out there. the most unique one i've seen is a solar operated stove that can cook a pot of stew in a couple of hours just by sitting in the sun :)
